Mace and Jacobs win roles on Saudi Arabia airport

King Salman International Airport in Riyadh aims for 180 million passenger capacity by 2050

Mace and Jacobs have been brought on board to oversee the completion of King Salman International Airport in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. 

Mace has been appointed delivery partner for the six-runway airport, while Jacobs - which had previously won a competition to design the concept masterplan alongside Foster + Partners - will provide concept masterplan validation, detailed masterplan design, runway design and other services.
