Redbridge Council’s planning committee has unanimously agreed a revised planning permission from developer Telford Homes for a 1,000-home scheme in East London redesigned to meet second staircase rules.
The major residential scheme in Ilford consisting of a cluster of towers up to 36 storeys in height, and designed by HTA architects, was originally green-lit by planners in December 2022.
