Development in east London is for housing association Guinness Partnerships
Henry has bagged an £115m contract to build a mixed-use development with 500 apartments in Bromley-by-Bow, east London.
The job is for housing association Guinness Partnership, which is building a total of 900 homes on the Imperial Street site.
Henry will design and build the first phase of the scheme, which will feature around 3,600m2 of community, commercial and retail space, as well as a basement and energy centre.
