Construction on the development is due to start in May
A 13-storey development designed by TP Bennett is set to go ahead after the City of London gave it approval.
The works will begin in May and see the demolition of two existing buildings – 81 Farringdon Street and 1 Stonecutter Court – to make way for 32,000m2 office space.
The new build will also have six roof terraces, 1200m2 retail space and 230m2 public realm improvements.
