Boddingtons Brewery's £175m overhaul OK'd

The 556-home project will deliver 375 properties for rent in Manchester

The £175m redevelopment of Boddingtons Brewery in Manchester has been given the go-ahead.

The 556-home mixed-use development, named Old Brewery Gardens, is part of a residential-led regeneration on the site of Boddingtons Brewery, a regional landmark opposite the Manchester Arena.

Prosperity Capital Partners is developing the Assael Architecture-scheme.
