Homes England funding kick-starts phase two of Bristol development

Homes England has thrown its support behind the second phase of a regeneration project in Bristol.

The £43m construction works needed for the second phase of Wapping Wharf are set to start in May, after developers secured support from Homes England.

Wapping Wharf Living, a joint venture between developers Umberslade and Muse, has secured £23.4m funding from Homes England towards phase two to enable the creation of 256 new homes.
